I need to get more consistent with my shading, especially in the background but I think it’s an improvement

It’s hard to tell because of the image quality, but the background looks like you’re shading in multiple directions… usually it looks better if you shade all in one direction. Even better, shade (still all in one direction) really finely and use your finger to blend it really well and make it just look like a solid color.
